Day 13 (hehehe skip dari sabtu)

Hai.. lama tak update.. jahat kan.. mkn tak ingat, tp smlm dah start masuk gym, so berkobar2 balik. Cuba tgk YOUR DAILY GOAL. Kenapa bukan 1200? sbb sy update exercise. Jadi saya dibolehkan ambil calori lebih.

Tapiiiiiiiiiiiiiii pada contest diet CYC nanti, harap semua peserta tak perlu update EXERCISE, sbb tak mo ganggu 1200kl, kita nak kekalkan 1200 walaupon kita senam nak giler... hehe.. ok.. u got it...... good luck...

eh berat.. ehem.... hari yg skip2 tu ade naikkkkkk.. tp pagi tadi sy timbang balik semula ker 92.8kg .....
